Ensemble Preferred
General Cruise Info:
We have all been there with a general cruise request and no idea where to start.
So lets get started. Did you know that Ensemble has an application called "Cruise Express"? I do not necessarily recommend booking through "Cruise Express", but it can be a great place to start when you do not have a specific cruise you are looking for, or if you want to compare itineraries for various cruise lines. Cruise Express will allow for you to search, add cruises to a clip board, and then form a client ready email from your clip board selections inclusive of your contact info and branding. Cruise Express is setup to know your affiliation with Ensemble, so any special pricing or hosted cruises will show up in the options if available.
I admit, sometimes I will visit comsumer friendly OTAs such as Expedia to do a quick cruise search to narrow down what I'm looking and then go to the cruise line direct to quote and/or book. I guess the cruise lines don't want to spend time or money making the agent booking tools look as pretty or sometimes functional as a consumer facing site.
LesConcierges should be registered already with each individual cruise line. Many cruise lines go by our agency phone number (see the footer of this website) when idnetifying you if you were to contact them. For online access and agent registration, please view the profile page for each vendor on this website to get sorted.
When searching for options for your clients, be sure to get all of their info prior. Cruise pricing and available offers can vary based on the background of your client. Here is some info to consider collecting in advance:
-
Date of Birth
-
Past Cruise Guest (If so, which ones and ID numbers)
-
State of Residence
-
Military?
-
Cabin preferences
Don't forget to add any info your client provides you to their SmartAgent profile for future reference.
